Judge.me

Connect Judge.me with MESA

When you're setting up your first workflow with Judge.me, you'll need to create a Credential. Click on Connect with Judge.me to start the process.

You may be asked to log in to your Judge.me account if not already logged in. Please make sure to login into your Judge.me account before clicking on Connect with Judge.me.

Once logged in, your Credential will be selected and MESA is now connected with Judge.me!


Configuration

Getting a list of reviews by a type

After selecting a trigger (which is used to identify when a workflow is triggered), add a Judge.me Get List of Reviews step into your workflow. This will tell MESA to get a list of reviews from your Judge.me account.

Click on the bulleted points below to learn how you can get reviews by:

Reviewer (Judge.me internal Reviewer)

1. To get all reviews created by a specific reviewer, you will want to add a Judge.me Retrieve Reviewer step before the Judge.me Get List of Reviews step.

2. Once you add that in, click open the Retrieve Reviewer step. You will see a few fields in the Step Configuration section.

3. If you don't know the Judge.me internal ID for the reviewer, you can locate the reviewer's information by email address.

4. To locate the reviewer by email address, you can input " -1" into the ID field and use MESA's Variables feature to select a Variable that represents the email address. Here is an example of getting the customer's Judge.me reviewer information based on the email address used to place an order.

5. Click on the Get List of Reviews step and input reviewer_id= into the Parameters field.

6. Use the Variables feature to specify the variable that represents the Reviewer's ID.

7. You are all set so please make sure to Save your changes!

Rating

Click on the Get List of Reviews step and input rating= into the Parameters field.

Then, enter any of these numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) after the equal sign. They represent a rating number.
